Items from the PBIS fundraiser have been delivered and are available to be picked up in the lobby until 3pm!

Items from the recent PBIS Fundraiser will be delivered on school Monday. Parents can pick up their students' items in the GHS lobby on Monday from 12:00 to 3:00.

Today, GHS was honored to host Vermilion Parish Band Day! All 5th and 6th grade band students from North Vermilion Middle, Cecil Picard Elementary, Meaux Elementary, Rene Rost Middle, Indian Bayou Elementary, Jesse Owens Elementary, and Gueydan High gathered to rehearse music together for the first time that they've been preparing at their own schools, as well as make some new friends and some great music!
Thanks to Principal Nadine Lepretre and Assistant Principal Dr. Tiffini Brigola for allowing GHS to host this awesome event, as well as the Vermilion Parish School Board, Superintendent Tommy Byler, Vermilion Parish Supervisor of Music Madeline DeHart, the Vermilion Parish Band Directors, all the parent and staff volunteer chaperones, and everyone in attendance for making this event possible. Thank you for your support of our young musicians, as well as the Arts in Vermilion Parish Schools!
Our Spirit Shirt sale is going on now! T-Shirts are $15, and Crewneck Sweatshirts are $25. You can order today by going to the office or getting in touch with any Sophomore. Students should have received order forms on Friday!

Yearbook pre-orders for the 2024-2025 Yearbook are going on now! If you order by this Thursday, March 28th, Yearbooks are $30 each. Orders after this Thursday will be $35. Order forms are available in the library today!
